Orders
To order Salut France Magazine package or Oulala Magazine, please use the secure online shopping cart facility or write, tel, fax or e-mail your order to the appropriate address including the following information:
Your Details: Name and delivery address
Your Order: Product, quantity and price of purchases
Payment: Method of payment and total value of order.
For credit card orders, please give card type, number and expiry date.

Subscriptions are for one year minimum and start with the current issue unless stated otherwise at the time of order.
Back issues at discounted price (see price list) are not included in annual subscriptions.
Deliveries
From receipt of confirmed order, dispatch will be approximately 1-3 working days.
Postage is inclusive.
Payment methods
We are happy to receive payments in the form of cheques, Visa, Mastercard and Switch. Email us about any other method. Cheques should be made payable to Salut France Magazine.
Credit Card Security
For your convenience and peace of mind, we accept orders over the Internet or by telephone, should you not wish to give details of your credit card using the Internet. Our website uses the WorldPay payment system which is hosted and run by WorldPay Merchant Services. It enables Secure Payment Capture of Credit and Debit cards, with on-line authorisation by the card issuer. This is performed on a secure server and all messages between our web site and the secure server are encrypted to 128 bit SSL. The card details for internet transactions are secured by the WorldPay. Credit Cards Accepted
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard and Switch. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
Guarantee
The company guarantees that, should our products not be to the standard, or in any way different from that advertised, we will refund any monies paid by the customer, but shall only apply to the item(s) in question.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and send us your faulty goods so that we can despatch a new consignment at no additional cost to you.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy, and will not divulge your details to anyone else. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date to allows us to process and fulfil your orders. Your credit or debit instructions are never disclosed to us and WorldPay handles all transactions and authorisation directly on their secure server and notify us of successful payment, so we can process your order.
